Dear Alfred,
Thank you for the openness to collaborate. What you described — planning ahead, risk management, and disciplined financial literacy — lines up closely with the stewardship language at the centre of Infinite Love Services. Both of us, in different ways, are in the business of helping people prepare before the flood arrives, and steward what they are given with wisdom.
This memo lays out one bounded pilot: a sponsor-backed workshop where you bring financial expertise, and Infinite Love brings the audience, the spiritual framing, and the production. It is intentionally small, premium, and easy to approve — built to prove itself before either of us commits to anything larger.
What we are asking you to approve is narrow and specific: one sponsor-backed workshop and event package, with a fixed fee upfront, limited co-branding on this pilot only, two podcast recordings before 27 June, one feedback form, and one honest follow-up decision once it's done. Nothing beyond this scope without written agreement from both sides.
The audience is drawn from BMU members, trusted referrals, and financially curious professionals and young people who want practical stewardship rather than hype. They are the people most in need of exactly what you offer — and most likely to act on it.
To protect both of us, the surrounding brands stay clearly separated for this pilot.
| Brand / Lane | Role in This Pilot |
|---|---|
| Infinite Love | Public coaching and testimony lane. Carries the spiritual framing and the story. |
| Hera | Handles commerce, registration, and follow-up touchpoints. |
| Spartan | Internal only. Not referenced in any public-facing material for this pilot. |
| Co-branding | Limited to this pilot only. A fuller co-brand is considered only after proof. |

| Step | When | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| Planning call | Today / tomorrow | Lock story, title, tone, and shot list. |
| Recording 1 | Before event | Noah-inspired: planning ahead, stewardship, peace of mind. |
| Recording 2 | Before event | Legacy, weakness, Christ's strength, financial literacy. |
| Event recap | Event day | One clean summary clip showing fruit and gratitude. |
| Scenario | If This Happens | What We Do |
|---|---|---|
| Best | You confirm fee, co-brand, and dates. | Proceed straight to poster and booking. |
| Base | You'd like the memo and form first. | We send both, then follow up within a day. |
| Bear | Open scope or brand merge is requested. | We hold the boundary and keep the pilot clean. |
| God-room | This becomes a recurring financial-literacy lane. | We stay bounded and expand only after proof. |
"Know well the condition of your flocks, and give attention to your herds, for riches do not last forever."
What you teach about money and what we build around the soul are two expressions of the same calling — helping people pay attention before the season changes, and steward what they hold with care. A small, well-run pilot is itself an act of that stewardship: honest scope, honest fee, honest fruit.
If this aligns with you, please confirm the three essentials — the pilot itself, the fixed fee, and the limited co-brand — and we will finalise the poster, production schedule, and feedback form within the hour.
